The College of Arts and Sciences with a FAAP Level IV accredited status, endeavors to strengthen the student’s understanding of the accumulated knowledge of humankind, to enable him to cope with its manifold problems and to develop his potential as a humane person and a responsible member of the constantly changing global community. It aims to: promote liberal arts education that will empower the students to cope with the demands of culture change and paradigm shift: provide scientific and technological knowledge that will enable the students to contribute in the innovation and enhancement of human life: develop experiential learning by engaging students in creative partnership between the college and the community: inculcate Christian values that will guide them in the formation of moral, ethical and professional leadership: and harness the genuine concern for Filipino amidst global competition.

Course Offerings and Job Potentials

Bachelor of Arts

AB English prepares the students to become editors, translators, professors, proofreaders, researchers, interpreters, underwriters, literary men, actors, telemarketers

AB Mass Communication hones students to be broadcast communicators, PR men, advertising men, visual communicators, telemarketers, videographers, events coordinators, planners, publicists, audio-visual artists, journalists, directors and media specialists

AB Legal Management a pre-law course that provides background in full-fledged Law course, paralegal work, business/legal adviser; a graduate can also be a consultant, researcher and educator

AB Church Music a course on musicology with focus on liturgical music which prepares the students to become composers, singers, instrumentalists and world-class musicians. The course is taken under the specialized supervision of renown artist-musicians of Asian Institute of Liturgy and Music (AILM)

Bachelor of Science

BS Biology a preparatory course for medicine which also opens doors in the fields of ecological studies, research, education, pharmacy and laboratory assistantship

BS in Computer Science
cultivates the potentials of programmers, web developers, network administrators, software/hardware engineers, consultants, computer salesmen and entrepreneurs, technical supports, computer information system analysts, computer information system scientists, computer security specialists, web artists

BS Psychology trains students to become psychometricians, guidance counselors, human resource managers, assistant personnels, trainors, organizational development officers, clinic customer service personnels, professors in psychology, researchers; likewise the course is also a preparation for medical course.
